Welcome to My Elections. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and election management services. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
My Elections provides digital marketing, data analytics, and strategic consulting services for political campaigns. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in a separate Service Agreement signed by both parties.
We are committed to ethical campaigning. Clients maintain full responsibility for the content of their messages. My Elections reserves the right to refuse service for campaigns that promote hate speech, incite violence, or violate Election Commission guidelines.
All creative assets, including video content, graphic designs, and ad copy created by My Elections during the term of the contract, will become the property of the Client upon full payment. My Elections retains the right to use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive campaign strategies, voter data, and internal communications. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.
While we use advanced analytics and proven strategies to optimize campaigns, election outcomes are influenced by numerous external factors. My Elections does not guarantee a specific election result and is not liable for the final outcome of any vote.
Payment schedules will be outlined in your specific proposal. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in the suspension of digital services, including "War Room" operations and ad campaign management.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
